It has always been the RJ Policy
to allow posters on the eForum
to post anything they wanted.
Several time, post - that I should be killed
or beat up appeared,
and I reported them to BOTH Mitchell and the Webmaster
and the way they handled it was
TO KICK ME OFF THE FORUM.

To post on the forum or comment on an article
ALL must AGREE to Rules,
but the RULES ARE NOT ENFORCED
and THAT IS THE PROBLEM.

makes NO sense
