"U.S. prosecutors narrow subpoena
information on two R-J Web site posts sought
"

It has always been the RJ Policy
to allow posters on the eForum
to post anything they wanted.
Several time, post - that I should be killed
or beat up appeared,
and I reported them to BOTH Mitchell and the Webmaster
and the way they handled it was
TO KICK ME OFF THE FORUM.

To post on the forum or comment on an article
ALL must AGREE to Rules,
but the RULES ARE NOT ENFORCED
and THAT IS THE PROBLEM.

I call that the
RJ - first they say they will
and then they say they won't policy.

Weekly, Mitchell, and Sherman and others  run articles
on - THE RJs INTERPRETATION OF THE CONSTITUTION
AND THEIR BELIEF IN FREE SPEECH,
but, then they don't abide by it.

Despite the best of intentions, nobody gets on the bus

=========

Millions ride trains
THAT was what he was talking about.

The RJ HATE MACHINE pumps out more BS.

BUT NOT - Ken's - FREE SPEECH.

BUT NOT - Ken's -  FREE SPEECH.

The RJ won't post this comment from me

WHY ISN'T THE RJ DISCUSSING STONA -
A Sales Tax on Advertising?
It would give NV, at least,
$300 MILLION a year.

WHY ISN'T THE RJ TALKING ABOUT THAT???

"Don't wait to the last minute to unveil a "plan." Get it together now and get it into the light of day for public scrutiny. This is no time for business as usual, dead-of-night, back-room deals." - Sherman

Tell me this about the Law
It is Illegal for Cargo ships to carry weapons
to defend themselves.

It is Illegal to Hijack Ship.

So, if it is OK for Pirates to hijack
WHY DON'T CARGO SHIP ARM THEMSELVES?
===
The RJ KNOW
that a Sales Tax on Advertising = STONA
would get NV,
at least $300 Milion per year
of added tax revenue.
THEN WHY ARE THEY NOT TALKING ABOUT IT?

NICE TRY - TO MOLLY AT THE RJ

On Mon, Apr 6, 2009 at 3:52 PM, <MBall@reviewjournal.com> wrote:

Dear Mr. Jarvis,
Thank you for your feedback. Did you read the entire article? It wasn't just about salons, but about the entire service sector, with a salon used as just one example. Also in the article, it's pointed out that there are differing views about whether it's wise to tax business-to-business services, such as advertising.

YES, I did read the entire article.

I also did a word search
and THE WORD = ADVERTISING
WAS NOT IN THE ARTICLE.

Many economists believe it's better to tax services purchased by consumers.

Did you leave out the word = NOT
as in -

Many economists believe it's better NOT to tax services purchased by consumers.

Perhaps for this reason, there are only five states that tax any type of advertising.

The REAL reason "only five states that tax any type of advertising."
is because the ONLY COST WOULD BE TO THE MEIDA.

And the Media -
especially the RJ -
is greedy and cares NOTHING ABOUT
WHAT IS BEST FOR LV OR NV.

For example,
their editorial yesterday
DEFENDING SPAMMERS.

Sales Tax on Advertising - STONA
Would give give NV
as least
$300 MILLION
a year

$300 Million of NEEDED TAX REVENUE.

But it was a NICE TRY anyway.

Thanks

KJ
